In today’s world of gradients and flat interfaces, skeuomorphic design may somehow be considered “vintage”.
Below are a few work-in-progress shots of an app I’ve been making for Vasily Strelnikov – the father of Russian podcasting. Knowing his obsession with old-school radio, the app practically designed itself.

Push notification is being sent every time there’s is a broadcasting. After opening the app, user can listen to the show live through a familiar interface of a vintage radio.
The back of the radio features a special interface where users can record and share their audio messages with radio hosts.
